Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of Broadpost, a service for posting and scheduling content to social media platforms. By creating an account or using Broadpost you agree to them. Questions go to hello@broadpost.app.

Your account

You must be at least 13, and old enough to use every platform you connect. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for everything posted through it.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you post. You give Broadpost permission to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to publish it where you choose. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including music, images and likenesses.

Platform rules

When you post through Broadpost you must follow the rules of each platform you post to, including:

Platforms can change their APIs, limits or approval of Broadpost at any time. When they do, some features may change or stop working, and we cannot guarantee that every post will be accepted.

Acceptable use

Broadpost is for creators and businesses publishing their own original content. You may not use it to:

  • run fake, impersonating or bulk-created accounts, or manipulate engagement
  • post spam, or the same content repeatedly across accounts to game recommendations
  • post anything illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative or harmful to minors
  • break any platform’s rules or limits, or try to get around them
  • disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload Broadpost

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Extra accounts are subject to fair use. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

Availability

We work to publish every post on time, but Broadpost is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Platforms, networks and our providers can fail, and posts may be delayed or rejected.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Broadpost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your account

You can stop using Broadpost and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we shut down the service, in which case we will refund any unused prepaid time.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Broadpost after that means you accept the new terms.
